Calrossy was very proud to learn the our Part Time Operations Team Member Wayne Keel was announced for the winner of the NSW Rural Fire Service category. Wayne has been an active member for 20 years and is very passionate about implementing the RFS Cadet program within local schools. In 2020 Calrossy held the first Cadet Program and we are committed to continuing this and providing opportunities for our students to participate. With many students off the land bush fires are a real issue and by undertaking the Cadet program it puts students on a pathway to becoming a member of their local Brigade.
